Anytime Icome tothis place, they consistently serve our food quickly (10minutes atmost) and the food isalways served fresh.
The fries always have acrispy exterior and have the right amount ofsalt. Italso helps that they’re neverdry.
As for the burgers and sandwiches, they have frequently been generous with portions and myorders have almost always been accurate.
The custard isexcellent whether you gofor asingle scoop ora Concrete Mixer, they have always delivered quality work re
garding their signature dessert. The Flavors ofthe Day are always offering plenty ofvariety allowing them toappeal toa wide variety ofpeople. Ipersonally love flavors like Crazy for Cookie Dough and Strawberry Chocolate Parfait.Things can get alittle expensive but Ibelieve the price isworth itfor food oftheir quality.

I've always loved Culver's but lately their food performance has been poor the sandwiches have one pickle onslice ofonion hardly any thing onthem Ialways get the works onmy sandwiches and it's been just super poor

I want toupdate myreview, just toacknowledge one ofyour employees. Crew chief onWednesday night 11/2/22atyour Marion location restored myfaith inyour customer service. Wereceived two wrong concrete mixers and normally the staff isso nonchalant about wrong orders, which are happening WAY too oftennow. Infact, ithappens somuch Ididn’t even complain about itbecause Ididn’t want toput upwith the attitudes. Ijust bought two more mixers. Well, she takes her job seriously, she apologized tome personally, refunded mymoney and had two correct items delivered inmy hands before Iknew what was goingon. Usually they make you wait for the order correction and the rest ofthe food iscold. Itold her that THIS isgood customer service. I’ll hang ona little longer because the food isgreat, but SERIOUSLY, you guys need toget these kids tostart caring. 7/10ofmy last orders were wrong, and asking for acorrection isalmost not worthit. One time wewaited 15minutes for asandwich remake tofind out they never handed the ticket tothe kitchen! But all the employees were getting their dinner made! Enough ranting. I had achicken sandy and itwas very good. Itwas sohot that Iburned the roof ofmy mouth. That's rare for afast food chain. Usually the food sits under aheat lamp orcooked towarm..nothot. Isat inthe drive thru waiting for that sandy and I'd rather dothat and get freshly made, hot food than have ithanded tome 10seconds after paying because itwas ready 10minutes before Ieven orderedit.
